These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Juvex Olarin through juvexolarin.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

- You must not have had a previous account suspended or terminated by us for violations of these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require you to register and create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach, you must notify us immediately at help@juvexolarin.com. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Permitted activities include:
- Accessing and completing interactive quizzes, tests, and learning assignments.
- Reviewing your own performance results and feedback.
- Communicating with the platform support team for assistance.
- Participating in gamified learning features as designed within the Platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Platform:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform Content without prior written permission.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any assessment.
- Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the Platform's functionality.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' Accounts or to restricted areas of the Platform.
- Using the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm any other user or third party.
- Circumventing any technical measures designed to protect the Platform or its Content.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform without written authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, quiz questions, assessments, instructional audio, visual design elements, and software, is the exclusive property of Juvex Olarin or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal educational use. This license does not include the right to download, store permanently, modify, or redistribute any Content unless explicitly permitted in writing.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the Platform, including quiz responses, feedback, or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such submissions solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your original submissions.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Paid Features
Certain features or content tiers on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of transaction.
7.2 Billing
Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains accurate and valid.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where access to Content has already been substantially used or where the request falls outside the permitted refund window.
7.4 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.
- Warranties that results obtained through use of the Platform will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juvex Olarin, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

- Any matter beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or fifty euros.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juvex Olarin and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any content or information you submit to the Platform.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing features, content, or functionality. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at help@juvexolarin.com or using the account deletion option within your profile settings, where available. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise provided under our Refund Policy.
14.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability clauses.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
16. Governing Principles
These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and in good faith. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juvex Olarin with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
